Assure Personnel are supporting a top conveyancing specialist in their search for a Residential Conveyancing Executive to join our growing team in Chelmsford. You'll manage a varied and complex caseload, working closely with developers, clients, and agents on everything from sales to remortgages, shared ownership, lease extensions, and more.

Criteria:- Experience handling complex residential transactions- Strong communication & compliance skills- A client-first mindset and eye for detail- CLC/SRA qualification (full or part)
