Residential Conveyancing Associate - Search : Job Details

My client is a tier 1 Legal 500 ranked full service firm, based in Kent. They're looking for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their well established property team. The firm are one of the market leaders and are well recognised across the region, dealing with high end transactioonal work with a focus on exceptional client care service.

Due to a retirement the the firm are currently looking to add an experienced lawyer at associate level and will consider individuals qualified with at least three years PQE. The team deal with a wide range of residential property matters which includes sales and purchase transactions, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and equity releases acting for a mid-high net worth client base.

The perfect candidate will be confident in a client facing position and with great technical ability. You will be highly organised, able to work independently and well within a team.
