Residential Conveyancer The Role
- Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
- Unregistered properties acquired and sold via part exchange by housebuilders
- Drafting and issuing conveyancing documentation
- Managing pre-contract enquiries
- Reviewing and reporting on title and searches
- Negotiating and exchanging contracts
- Handling completions
- Post-completion formalities (SDLT, Land Registry registrations)
The Team
- Nationally recognised residential practice
- Collaborative, cross-disciplinary environment with specialists across multiple offices
The Person
- Minimum 5 years’ residential conveyancing experience
- Proven ability to manage caseload independently
- Experience of both leasehold and freehold transactions
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
