Well-established, multi-service law firm looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer into their New Mills office.

About the role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be working your own high-quality property caseload from inception to completion on matters such as:

• Sales & purchase
• Re-mortgage cases
• Transfers of equity
• Right to buy
• New Builds
• Shared ownership schemes
• Lease extensions

About You

The successful candidate for this Residential Conveyancer role will ideally have at least 3 years’ previous experience with Residential Property law, has excellent client care skills and is looking to establish themselves within a supportive team.
