The ideal client will have experience as a Residential Conveyancer. Joining at a really exciting time you will be:THE ROLE

• Managing a large and varied case loads including purchases, freeholds, and leaseholds.
• Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and developers to ensure a smooth line of communication
• Provide Legal Advice on case progression and client management
• Working with local clients and referrals
• Maintain up to date information on CRM systems
• Managing a mix caseload of mortgages and freeholds.
• Managing stamp duty

THE PERSON:

• Must be qualified with experience.
• An ambitious and enthusiastic individual.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Organisation skills.
• Quick learner and can adapt to new systems.
