A leading, high-performing conveyancing practice with a strong national presence is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy Market Harborough office. The Role:You will handle a varied caseload of residential property matters including:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property
• New build instructions
• Shared ownership, transfer of equity, right to buy and lease extensions
• Managing files from instruction through to post-completion
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, introducers and referrers

About You:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or equivalent experience
• Confident working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical skills, IT literate and familiar with case management systems
• Commercially minded with the ability to achieve fee targets and maintain excellent client care
