Are you an established Residential Conveyancer, looking for a new challenge with a reputable, high-performing firm?Our Client, a Boutique Multi-Service Law Firm is looking to expand its team and welcome an ambitious Residential Conveyancer to its New-Mills office.Renowned for its people-first approach, the team has built an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional service and expert advice tailored to each client’s needs.The role:

• Within the role you will manage a diverse caseload of varied Residential Property matters, including Sales, Purchases, Re-mortgages, Equity Transfers etc
• You will manage your caseload from inception through to conclusion, taking ownership of the entire process including post completion

Requirements:

• You will be a Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+PQE
• You will have a strong background in Residential Conveyancing, with solid experience of managing your own volume caseload
