RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER

SOUTH MANCHESTER

A well established practice in South Manchester is seeking to recruit a conveyancer to be part of their friendly team.

The successful candidate will be a Solicitor or Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years experience dealing with a caseload of residential property matters.

You will have conduct of your own caseload as well as extensive client contact and support from management and colleagues. The role will encompass all aspects of a conveyancing caseload including;

Sales & Purchases

Shared Equity

New Builds

Remortgages

Transfer of Equity

Leases

Landlord & Tenant issues
