Overview:

We are currently working with a well-established law firm in South Wales that is looking to add a talented Residential Conveyancer to its expanding team. This firm has built a strong reputation in the region for providing practical, client-focused legal services and is now seeking a motivated individual to join their busy conveyancing department.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancer who enjoys handling their own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. You'll be part of a collaborative team in a friendly and professional environment, with excellent administrative and paralegal support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Provide high-quality legal advice and maintain excellent client care standards.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with SRA regulations and firm policies.
• Maintain accurate records and case files using the firm’s case management system.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or an experienced non-qualified Conveyancer.
• Proven experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
