Residential Conveyancer – Bridgend

Salary: Competitive | Full-time | Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and highly regarded legal firm based in Bridgend. This is an excellent chance to become a key part of a collaborative team within a firm known for its high standards of client service and supportive working culture.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing, with a strong track record of managing a varied and often complex caseload. You’ll be confident handling files from instruction to completion and be committed to delivering a seamless, efficient, and client-focused service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and leasehold/freehold matters
• Maintaining excellent standards of client care and communication throughout the transaction process
• Working efficiently to meet tight deadlines and compliance requirements
• Staying up to date with legal and regulatory developments relevant to conveyancing practice

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A minimum of 2 years' PQE or equivalent in a senior conveyancing role
• A solid understanding of all aspects of residential property law
• Demonstrated ability to handle a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first approach
• Proficiency with conveyancing systems and relevant legal software
