The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a manageable caseload of high-street residential conveyancing matters, working with local clients and providing an outstanding level of service. You will be supported by a dedicated paralegal and legal secretary, enabling you to focus on the legal work and client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions
• Handling the full transaction process, from instruction to post-completion
• Providing high-quality legal advice and delivering excellent client service
• Conducting title checks, preparing contracts, and liaising with third parties
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and firm requirements
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain the firm’s excellent reputation

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced fee earner with a strong background in residential conveyancing
• Proven ability to manage a busy but manageable caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulations
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a supportive, team-oriented environment
