Are you a personable and experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a warm, down-to-earth team where client service truly matters? We’re working with a well-established and friendly high street law firm in Bristol that prides itself on its approachable, no-nonsense service - and they’re looking for someone like you to join their growing residential property team.

About the Role:This is an opportunity to take on a busy but manageable caseload of around 30 new residential matters per month, with the support of two dedicated secretaries. The role covers all aspects of residential conveyancing from instruction to completion - including freehold, leasehold, remortgages, and sales and purchases.

You’ll join a close-knit, collaborative team where your contribution is valued and your voice is heard. The firm has built its reputation on long-term relationships and a genuine focus on client care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision

• Handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity

• Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to keep matters progressing smoothly

• Ensuring all work is compliant with regulatory and internal procedures

• Supporting junior team members and maintaining the firm’s high standards of client service

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (or highly experienced non-qualified fee earner)

• Solid experience managing your own conveyancing caseload from start to finish

• Someone who thrives in a team and enjoys client contact

• A friendly, professional manner - approachable but confident when needed

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
