The Role:

• Manage a diverse residential conveyancing caseload, including:
  • Sales and purchases of residential properties.
  • Re-mortgages and property investments.
  • Matrimonial property transfers and shared ownership matters.
  • New homes, probate sales and Help to Buy transactions.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience managing your own residential conveyancing files is essential
• While formal qualifications are not required, candidates with 2+ years of hands-on residential conveyancing experience are strongly encouraged to apply
