Residential Conveyancer – Street, SomersetQualified Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer

An established Somerset law firm with a strong local presence is looking to expand its residential property team in its Street office. This is a great opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to take ownership of a varied caseload and contribute to a friendly, supportive practice.

The Role.........

• Manage your own caseload of residential property files
• Work with freehold and leasehold, registered and unregistered titles
• Deal with a broad range of matters including:
  • Sales & purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Shared ownership
  • New builds
  • Right to buy & help to buy
  • Lease extensions & deeds of variation

What experience is required........

• Qualification as a Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Experience handling residential conveyancing from instruction to completion
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A proactive, client-focused approach
