Residential Conveyancer - Legal 200, Legal 500 and Chambers - Surrey

An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer within a successful, ranked law firm in Epsom, Surrey, in its busy residential conveyancing team. 

You will join a collegiate team who are all driven to achieve the best for their clients. 

The work is a full range of residential conveyancing, with a focus on HNW properties in the local area, with typical property values above £1 million. 

You will be handling: 

- Freehold and leasehold 

- Sales and purchases 

- Transfer of equity 

You will: 

- Have 7+ years of PQE as a solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer 

- Be able to manage your own caseload 

- Be driven to provide a quality level of work and service to clients
