• PQE 2 years+ desirable

Duties:

Good understanding of compliance requirements including AML risk assessment and source of funds/wealth

Manage a caseload of freehold/leasehold sales and purchases to include:

Draft/review contract packs

Draft enquiries & review searches / reply to enquiries

Review and report on mortgage offers

Draft reports to clients

Drafting auction packs / completing auction purchases

Additionally, dealing with re-mortgages and transfers of equity

You should be familiar with the conveyancing process from inset through to completion and post completion.

Experience of new build purchases, shared ownership, help to buy redemptions, Help to Buy ISAs and LISAs preferred but not essential.
