TSR Legal have been instructed on an excellent opportunity in Manchester city centre by a respected conveyancing firm who are looking to bring on board residential conveyancer's of all levels. This growing CLC-regulated law firm provides excellent legal services within the residential property market. The firm have developed in the market over the last few years and are expanding their property team in their Manchester offices.

Responsibilites

• Responsible for handling your own caseload of residential sales and purchases, to include both freehold and leasehold
• Preparing SDLT forms and preparing other transactions
• Providing an excellent level of client care at all times
• Liaising with clients and third parties
• Supporting other members of the team
