A growing conveyancing firm, based in Cardiff City Centre are looking for a residential conveyancer to join its successful conveyancing department. Role:As a Residential Conveyancer you will be responsible for managing a diverse conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or an experienced Paralegal with a focus on residential property.
• A minimum of 2 years experience managing a caseload of conveyancing files independently.
• Proficiency in using case management systems and a willingness to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain legal jargon in clear, understandable terms.
• Strong organisational skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and prioritising tasks effectively.
