Revolution Recruitment Resources Ltd are seeking applications from Residential Conveyancers to join our clients Property Team. Ideally, we would be looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing to hit the ground running and undertake varied matters including sales and purchase, sales and leases.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for people who have good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet both client demands and financial and time recording targets. In addition, a caring and empathetic approach towards both clients and colleagues is required as well as strong decision-making, motivation, teamwork, cooperation, and communication.

Job role

Working within a busy office with a friendly team of people, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:

• Run own caseload and work independently
• Ability to prioritise and delegate as appropriate
• Ability to maintain existing client base and generate new opportunities
• Ability to network

Skills Required

• Experience of dealing with purchase/sale transactions and leases
• Good organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail (accuracy essential)
• Good communication skills
• Good IT skills
• Ability to work well within a team
