Your role is to help them feel safe, supported and ready for the future.
You’ll work in one of our small, community-based houses alongside a great team, with children attending our new purpose-built school nearby.
In this role, you’ll:
We’re looking for someone with an HNC in Social Care and SVQ Level 3 (or who is currently working towards them), along with experience in care or education. You’ll also need a full manual driving licence, as outings are part of the fun, and a calm, compassionate approach with a genuine desire to help children thrive.

When you'll be workingYou’ll be based out of Carraig View, but this is a multi-site role. A manual driver’s licence is required, and you’ll work a mix of early, late and weekend shifts on a 3-week rolling rota. There will also be the occasional sleepover, for which you’ll receive an additional £58.50 per night.
