We provide an outstanding quality of care for a child/ young person or sibling group, who, for whatever reason, are unable to live with their own families.

We are currently looking for passionate, caring and enthusiatic individuals to join our team as Residential Child Care Practitioner or worker?. Wether you're experienced in the care sector or looking to start a new career, we welcome both qualified and unqualified applicants. What matters most to us it your attitdue, behaviour and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.

Your responsibilites include:

• A genuine commitment to engaging with children who have challening behaviour and complex history.
• The ability to create positive relationships with the children, meetinf their needs and safeguarding them at all times.
• Ability to react calmly in stressful situations as well as hold personal and emotional resilience.
• Flexibility to undertake shift work including weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.
• The ability to maintain administrative records as required by the organisation.
• Physically able to engage and participate in a wide range of activites with the children.
• Physically able to use physical intervention.
