Resident Liaison Officer
Looking for an experienced office administrator who has previously been responsible for communication between a team and residents in local authority / housing association environments.
This role is to work for a fire safety systems company with contracts to provide the fire and life safety systems across the LB of Hackney and similar local authority and housing association buildings.
You will be working both office and field based. The communications is work is across Hackney, the company office is based in Harlow, as you would be expecting in Harlow 1 day per week, we are ideally looking for a car driver living in the N / EN London, RM / IG / E Essex area.
The main duties are to inform residents of projects and works that are planned within their blocks and to arrange / negotiate access where required to the residents’ flats / properties.
Most of the role is creating letters and e-mails and dealing with return correspondence resulting from the plans over e-mail, phone and by mail.
You will be coordinating with the Project Team and the Residents and keeping everyone up to date.
Where no reply has been received on site visits, hand delivering letters, knocking on doors etc will occasionally be required.
Travel expenses will be covered.
This is a full time PAYE Permanent position with pension, paid holiday etc.
Basic salary £32000.
