We’re currently recruiting for a Resident Services Associate on behalf of a leading real estate company with a growing presence in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The role is a 12 month maternity role.

About the Company

Our client is a global real estate leader, active in investment, development, and property management. In the UK, they’re rapidly expanding their portfolio, which includes high-quality student accommodation and Build-to-Rent (BTR) communities. They pride themselves on creating inclusive, well-managed communities built on respect, integrity, service, and teamwork.

You will work 5 days per week, with shifts from Monday to Friday scheduled as either 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Additionally, you’ll be required to work 2 Saturdays per month from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. When you work a Saturday, you’ll receive a day off during the week in return.

The Role

As a Resident Services Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering a first-class resident experience. You’ll help build a welcoming, safe, and vibrant community environment, ensuring tenants feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a high-quality front-of-house and resident support service
• Assist with tenancy processes, maintenance requests, and general administration
• Support leasing and marketing activities, including property tours
• Help organise and run community events
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Participate in a shared on-call rota for emergency support

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong customer service or hospitality experience (BTR or PBSA experience is a plus)
• Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills
• Organised, proactive, and a natural problem-solver
• Friendly, flexible, and passionate about delivering great service
