Research Scientist - Rowland Talent Solutions Limited : Job Details

We are currently recruiting for a Research Scientist for a Biotechnology company based in Oxfordshire.

As a Research Scientist you will use your expertise to further the companies TCR therapeutic development programmes.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and characterise T-Cell receptors for proprietary and partnered disease targets.
• Run various experiments including protein expression, protein purification, and biophysical analysis.
• Run molecular biology techniques including cloning, mutagenesis and DNA isolation,
• Carry out cell and immunological assays such as flow cytometry & ELISA.
• Work with various stakeholders to deliver R&D objectives.

Ideal candidates with have a PhD in Immunology, Cell Biology, or Biochemistry with further laboratory experience in protein expression, purification and biophysical characterisation.

You will also have experience in various molecular biology techniques such as cloning & PCR and have experience in cell line enhancement & mammalian cell culture.
