  What They're Looking For:

• A natural problem-solver with strong written English (native or fluent)
• Fluency in at least one additional language (French, Spanish, Italian or similar)
• Comfortable with MS Word, Excel, and navigating online data sources
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience
