Description
- Format approximately 30-40 technical reports (30-50 pages each) in Microsoft Word.
- Apply layout and style guide standards to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
- Maintain focus and accuracy across repetitive formatting tasks.
- Use provided guidance documents and templates to support formatting work.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and data protection standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in reporting and administration tasks.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address reporting requirements.
Profile
A successful Reports Administrator should have:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, especially formatting and layout tools.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Comfortable working with technical documents and written English.
- Able to self-manage and maintain focus over extended periods.
- Experience in administrative or document production roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with the housing sector would be beneficial but not essential.
