Rent & Service Charge Accountant - Castlefield Recruitment : Job Details

Client:Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Manchester based social housing provider in order to recruit a rents and service charges accountant for a 3 month interim contract, which could potentially result in a permanent opportunity. The company is going through a major project to improve their rents and service charges and need an expert to assist them.

Role:You will work closely with the Rents & Service Charge Manager in order to manage and improve rents and service charge accounting for the organisation.Duties will include;

• Rent setting
• Offering expert advice in management of rents and arrears
• To produce management information reports from the rent accounting system in accordance with management requirements
• Service charge management and improvements to systems
• Financial modelling through excel

Person:The successful candidate:

• Experienced within housing
• Experienced with rent setting and service charge accounting
• Available to interview immediately
• Immediately available (preferable)
