• This opportunity is for a driven, self-motivated Conveyancer, or Residential Property Solicitor who can run their own case load
• Experience with leasehold transactions and title checking – essential
• Established history of managing a varied residential caseload (freehold, leasehold and ideally new builds)
• A strong client focus with a dedication to providing exceptional service
