• Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer records in internal systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
• Verify data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, or data entry.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and/or Google Workspace tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage your own workload and work independently in a remote setting.
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
