Relocation Consultant – HertfordshireOur client, an award-winning Removals and Storage firm, are currently seeking a Relocation Consultant to join their growing team in Hertfordshire.  This position would suit someone from a very strong customer services background.In this role, you’ll play a central part in ensuring clients receive a smooth and positive relocation experience.You'll act as the main point of contact for individuals relocating to a new city, offering guidance and support throughout the entire process.Relocation Consultant main responsibilities include:

• Serve as the dedicated coordinator for relocating employees and their families, offering support via phone and email throughout their assignment.
• Provide clear and timely communication to help clients navigate their relocation journey.
• Represent the client's mobility or HR function by ensuring a seamless and well-organised move process.
• Offer local insight and advice on services available in the destination city.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relocation policies and procedures.

The successful Relocation Consultant will have a strong background in customer service, client relations, or account management.Having previous experience in relocation or mobility services is a plus but not essential.Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are beneficial).
• Comfortable working with technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Highly adaptable, organised, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in service-driven roles.
