Your role will involve: Preparing nutritious meals following set menus and dietary guidelines Managing food stocks and ensuring hygiene standards Supporting kitchen operations during busy or short-notice periods

Requirements: Elementary Food Handling Certificate or equivalent Previous catering or cooking experience preferred Good organisational skills and attention to detail Flexibility to cover shifts across various times

This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
