This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chef or Cook who enjoys variety and takes pride in producing high-quality, nutritious meals.

As a Relief Chef, you will:* Prepare high-quality, nutritious meals for residents and guests in a brasserie-style setting* Plan menus and manage day-to-day kitchen operations* Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards* Manage stock, monitor food costs, and minimise waste* Lead and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
