What the Hiring Manager SaysThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a small but vibrant team of Third-Party Relationship Specialists. The principal responsibility of the role is to act as a point of contact between the firm and the various third-party companies, including pension trustees, offshore bond providers, investment platforms and intermediaries as well as providing overflow support when required to the Account Opening and Transfers team on onboarding tasks. The role holder will work closely with internal departments to support them and provide excellent service to our Financial Adviser relationships and their clients. The interview will be a one stage process where you meet your hiring manager and the fellow member of the team. You need to be prepared to answer competence-based questions. About the RoleLevel: Level 2 Department: Quilter Cheviot Pension and Offshore Bond Team - Adviser Support Location: Bristol Contract type: Permanent The Third-Party Relationships Support role is primarily based in our Bristol office and the flexible working is available. The occasional travels to our Head Office in London for induction and cross training may be required. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • You will support all businesses primarily focusing on pensions and offshore bonds
  • You will liaise on enquiries from our internal Investment Managers, but also externally
  • Processing the withdrawal requests on pension schemes and offshore bonds
  • Monitor the incoming messages to our central inboxes
  • Monitor and update systems with the leads received from the wealth management comparison websites
  • Assist with onboarding of new advisors, ensuring the due diligence is completed correctly
  • Assist with managing relationships with Investment Platforms, and ensuring the governance is arranged accordingly
  • Produce teams daily reports
  • Additional project work and preparation of Power Point presentations for client meetings, when needed.

  • The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of pension and offshore bond products or wrappers
  • Experience will be gained ideally from within the Investment Management industry or from one of the pension products Providers.
  • You will have excellent communication and relationship management skills, to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Holding the IOC is preferable and willingness to study towards this and other qualifications considered appropriate for the role.
  • Ideally, the candidates will be familiar with the WDX CRM and the Figaro system or experience of working with a Client Relationship Management System on a regular basis.
