Reinsurance Buyer Lloyds Market - Nashrock Recruitment : Job Details

We are recruiting for a Reinsurance Purchaser, a person with good technical Reinsurance knowledge, Reinsurance purchasing process background who understands risk appetite.

This can come from Analyst/Purchase team background, a person specifically seeking to develop into a dedicated Reinsurance Purchaser role.

City of London - Hybrid working

The role will be to secure coverage, manage programmes and relationships for allocated Business portfolios. Placement of outwards Reinsurance (both XoL and Proportional)

Analysis and review of prospective Reinsurance, evaluating portfolio risks and exposures

Review and agreement of placing slips

Maintaining good reinsurer and broker relationships

Production of reinsurance renewal information / exhibits

Review of underlying data for risk assessment and portfolio optimisation

Account analysis

Provide information in order to respond to Reinsurer queries
