Location: London/HybridContract Length: 12 monthsDaily Rate: From £600 (via Umbrella Company)Working Pattern: Full Time (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What You'll Do:As a Regulatory Reporting BA/PM, you will be instrumental in translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable implementation plans. Your expertise will ensure compliance with a range of regulations, including SFTR, ASIC, CFTC, and MiFID. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across Compliance, Front Office, Operations, and Technology to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead analysis and implementation of regulatory changes impacting transaction reporting.
• Translate complex regulatory text into clear business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess regulatory impacts and define reporting needs.
• Trace and map data back to the golden source, ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Define new controls and validation processes to enhance data quality.
• Drive end-to-end transformation projects, from requirement gathering to testing and rollout.
• Work closely with Technology teams for system enhancements and data integration.
• Provide ongoing support for regulatory reporting processes and optimise workflows.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders across multiple time zones.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst/Project Manager in Capital Markets, specifically in Transaction Reporting.
• Deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks including SFTR, ASIC, CFTC, EMIR, and MiFID.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to trace data back to the source.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex transformation projects effectively.
• Experience working with large datasets and reporting systems.
