Regulatory Compliance Manager - Randstad Perm Professionals : Job Details

My client is an independent advisory firm based in St Paul's, with an office requirement of 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• You will ensure all obligations and requirements under ICAEW regulations are met
• Ensure they have the necessary licenses in place for their business operations
• Plan and perform thematic and specialist compliance and assurance reviews across the business
• Manage any external compliance and assurance auditors
• Prepare and present regular periodic compliance and risk management reports to the firm's senior management
• You will be the main point of contact for your clients

Person Specification:

• Proven experience in managing regulatory compliance in a professional services setting
• Sound understanding of legal and regulatory matters affecting chartered accountants as auditors
• Good working knowledge of all relevant regulatory regimes
• Industry-recognised qualification(s) in a compliance-related area
• Knowledge of ICAEW ethical and professional standards
