We are looking for Registrar ST3 Doctors to take on locum opportunities across NHS hospitals in the Lincolnshire region. These shifts are ideal for registrars developing leadership and specialist skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage patient care across specialty wards
• Supervise FY1, FY2, and ST2 colleagues
• Provide senior input during on-call duties and emergency admissions
• Support consultants with service delivery and clinical governance

Requirements:

• GMC registration with licence to practise
• Current or recent ST3 experience
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Right to work in the UK
