Pay Rates:

Days

  • Monday - Friday - £27.42
  • Saturday - £28.52
  • Sunday - £29.61

Enhanced rates on all bank holidays.

Expectations of Agency Work:

As an agency nurse, you will be expected to provide high-quality nursing care in nursing homes. You must be adaptable, as you will work in different locations and with different teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Patient Care: Delivering direct patient care, including administering medication, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Assessment and Planning: Conducting patient assessments and developing care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Communication: Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Compliance: Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and professional standards.
  • Driver: Must be able to drive and have access to car
