Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

Trust Location: Lincolnshire

Pay Rates: £14.53 - £28.30 + Holiday pay

Shift Patterns: Long days, Nights, Twilight and Split shifts

As a Mental Health Nurse with NHS professionals, you'll be working across one of our mental health units located in Lincoln, Sleaford and Boston.

What you'll be responsible for:

• You will be involved in providing a high level of safe and effective care

• Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care

• Adhere to all Trust policies, procedures and guidelines

• Liaise with the multidisciplinary team

• Provide mentorship and support to others

The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.?

You'll need to have the following qualification/experience:

• A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health Hospital environment within the last 3 years?

• NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices?

• Sound knowledge of the national agenda for mental health.

• Sound knowledge of clinical/risk assessment and understanding of Information Government principles.

• Demonstrating supportive and sensitive communication to patients, carers and staff, whilst demonstrating an understanding of the nature and effects of some information and barriers to effective communication whilst being considerate of client confidentiality.

**You will need to be able to commit to a "long Term Placement" of 2 months working a minimum of 3 shifts a week to apply. You'll also need to be available to complete a 5-day PMVA training course.
