Salary: £28 per hour

This Job is a band 6 RMN to work in Oxford starting the 1st March for a 3 month contract.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role will provide a local point of triage and assessment for all mental health referrals within its locality, treatment, and improved access to evidence-based interventions for people with SMI. The role will help people to focus on achievable goals and access local community resources. The service will be for people over 18 years old (including carers).

As a member of the nursing team, you are expected to demonstrate attitudinal competences through a professional, approachable, and helpful manner towards clients, their families and carers, visitors and colleagues throughout the organisation. You are also expected to actively support high standards of care delivery and challenge poor practice should you find it.Clinical Skills and Knowledge* Engage proactively engagement with clients and their families/carers/significant others to build positive working alliances.* Work alongside clients and their families/carers/significant others.* Assess needs embracing the wishes of the client in the acute patient setting.* Make a systematic and comprehensive assessment/ re-assessment of client need within the CPA framework to take account of all aspects of the client's life, including.
