NonStop Care are working with a Children's Residential Service in Yorkshire, who are seeking a Registered manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large service which comes with a high level of training and large performance based bonuses.

About the Role

• Lead and manage a children's residential home
• Create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for children with emotional and behavioural needs
• Oversee a dedicated care team and embed trauma-informed practice

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 year's experience in residential care of children.
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
• 2 years of Residential Management experience
• A full driving licence
