At 365 Carehomes, we are looking for a Registered Care Home Manager (CQC Registered) to take the lead in our welcoming 35-bedded care home. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader who wants to make a real difference in the lives of residents and their families.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and inspiring a dedicated care team.
• Ensuring the home meets and exceeds CQC standards.
• Delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
• Managing budgets, occupancy, and resources effectively.
• Building strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Registered Care Home Manager (or Deputy ready to step up).
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Leadership (or working towards).
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• A people-focused leader who can motivate and develop staff.
• Passion, professionalism, and a drive to achieve excellence.
