NonStop Care are working with a Good Ofsted Children's Residential Service in the West Midlands, who are seeking a Registered manager to join their team. This is solo EBD home and comes with a high salary and performance based bonuses.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a complex Solo EBD home.

About the Role

• Lead and manage a solo children's residential home
• Create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for a child with emotional and behavioural needs
• Oversee a dedicated care team and embed trauma-informed practice

Requirements:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or willingness to work towards
• Deputy or Registered Manager experience
• A full driving licence
