Job Location : Strelley, UK
Join the team at Tottle Brooke House in Strelley, Nottingham as an experienced Registered Manager, where you will lead and develop the services to deliver specialist care.
You will be working 37.5 hours a week at Tottle Brook House, a 5-bedded service, residential service for adults under 65 years with a learning disability, autism and sensory and communication differences.
In this role, you will have overall leadership and management of the service, developing close working relationships with the community multi-disciplinary teams, and other external stakeholders and be responsible for the delivery of excellent care and operational performance, whilst continuing to develop commercial opportunities with purchasers and referrers.
You will have previous experience from the NHS or private care as a Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) or a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), with an excellent record of leadership and management responsibilities.

It provides a robust environment and high intensity care model which is designed to support people who have a Learning Disability & Autism with highly complex needs and behaviours that challenge, enabling them to live meaningful lives as active members of the community.This includes service users who may be stepping down from hospital or whose community placements have broken down. The aim of the service is to support people to move back to their home area and be closer to their families.
