Registered Manager - Domus Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

I am proud to be working with 2 excellent Directors that are looking for an experienced Registered Manager in Dereham. The Directors have spent 20 years in the Health and Social care sector and have secured a contract with the NHS for packages until 2026.Salary package:

• £40,000-£43,000.
• 2 days working from home per week.
• 33 days annual leave + 1 extra day for your birthday!

Registered Manager Responsibilities:

• To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Director.
• To take a maintain and build on the company’s relationship with CHC.
• To lead on marketing the service.
• To manage the branch’s compliance.
• To manage clients’ care packages and to be responsible for ensuring high standards for their ongoing care.
• To manage the development and retention of all care staff.
• To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards.

Registered Manager Requirements:

• Must have a minimum 3 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager/1 years’ experience as a Registered Manager within a Home Care setting/Supported Living/Care Home setting.
• Must have achieved or be actively working toward a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
• Must be a driver.
