We are seeking a dedicated Home Manager to lead a large residential care home in Doncaster, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and team performance.As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall running of the home, providing strong leadership to staff, ensuring excellent care for residents, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inspirational leadership and management to the care team.
• Deliver person-centred, high-quality care tailored to individual needs.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, company policies, and safeguarding procedures.
• Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy to achieve business and care objectives.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain a culture of compassion and excellence.

About You:

• Proven track record as a Registered Manager or in a senior leadership role within residential or nursing care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and the ability to achieve and maintain high ratings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A passion for providing outstanding care and enhancing residents’ quality of life.
