Registered Manager - Children's Home - £350 per day - East Midlands

NonStop Care are currently working with a well established local authority who are looking for an experienced Registered Manager for one of their Children's Homes. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a children or family centre & will ideally have experience within Autism & Children with Disabilities.

This position allows the opportunity for progression, if you're a deputy manager with an NVQ level 4 or 5, you have a fantastic opportunity to progress your career even further, which will ultimately help increase your overall work satisfaction

This position is offering very attractive rates of pay of £350 per day, which will allow you more money during these trying times & ultimately increase your overall work satisfaction.

Responsibilities of this position include;

• Manage the staffing, resourcing and budgetary requirements to ensure our children and young people have a safe, warm and welcoming home where they can grow and develop.
• Grow a team of capable workers to ensure their continuous professional development & the betterment of the service.
• You will be committed to and focussed on improving the outcomes for the children and young people living in the home and on developing their life opportunities and chances

Requirements;

• Residential childcare management experience
• Up to date DBS & licence
• NVQ level 5 OR NVQ level 4
• Experience within Autism & Learning Disabilities
