?? Your Responsibilities:

Service Delivery

  • Oversee the daily running of a high-quality, person-centred care service

  • Ensure the safety, protection, and well-being of the people supported

  • Maintain full compliance with regulatory standards and care frameworks

Team Leadership

  • Lead, support, and mentor Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and senior care staff

  • Drive a culture of excellence, learning, and accountability

  • Lead recruitment, training, and staff performance management

Operations & Quality

  • Effectively manage budgets, staffing, rotas, and resource allocation

  • Use digital tools to monitor care planning, incidents, quality audits, and occupancy

  • Work with external professionals and partners to promote the service and secure referrals

Continuous Improvement

  • Champion training and ongoing professional development

  • Encourage innovation while upholding care quality and regulatory excellence

? What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Manager experience in social care or supported living

  • Strong understanding of CQC standards and person-centred care

  • Skilled at leading teams, managing change, and improving outcomes

  • Confident in managing budgets, staffing, and compliance processes

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 5 Health & Social Care or equivalent)
