We’re working in partnership with a highly respected elderly care provider to recruit a Registered Home Manager for one of their residential services in the Spalding area. As Home Manager, you’ll be leading a dedicated, multi-skilled team, inspiring high standards, and delivering quality care that puts dignity, independence and compassion first. You'll be responsible for driving compliance, leading quality improvement, and ensuring the home continues to run safely, smoothly and successfully.

What we’re looking for:We’re seeking a compassionate, dynamic leader who can motivate a team and create a culture of accountability and kindness. Someone who balances clinical understanding with commercial awareness — and thrives in a role where no two days are the same.

Essential Requirements:

• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• Proven experience managing a residential elderly care home
• Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide out-of-hours leadership when required

Location:The home is based in Spalding, easily commutable from Peterborough, Stamford, Wisbech, Crowland, Bourne, Donington, Holbeach, Market Deeping and surrounding areas.
