Registered Fostering Manager - Not for Profit IFA

£42,000 - £57,500 per annum, depending on experience

NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable charities in the UK in order to help them find a Registered Fostering Manager who can join their fostering service in the Midlands area.

They have a Good Ofsted rating, so you will be joining a very nice working environment.

Responsibilities:

The Registered Fostering Manager will oversee the Midlands area. You will manage a very stable team that is made out of seven experienced Supervising Social Workers, two Practice Managers, one Project Worker and five Admin Workers.

You will be working predominantly from home, so you will have a lot of flexibility with your schedule. The expectation is to be in the office once per week or once every two weeks. The office is around the Birmingham area.

Requirements:

Please apply if you have experience at the management level within a fostering service. You must have a good understanding of the fostering regulations and a Social Work Qualification. You must drive as well.
